These terms and conditions govern your use of COR Solutions Services Limited (Company number 15027891) IT support services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Services Covered
These terms apply to all COR Solutions services including:
- Remote Support Sessions
- On-Site Support Visits
- Home IT Support Plans
- PC Migration Services
- Data Recovery Services
2. Service Terms
Remote Support
- Conducted via secure access software
- Requires active and stable internet connection
- Some complex issues may require on-site support
- Client must be present during remote sessions
On-Site Support
- Available in Hitchin and surrounding areas
- Clients must provide safe and appropriate access
- Complex issues may require additional recommendations
- Travel charges may apply for locations outside standard area
Support Plans
- Include set number of annual support sessions
- Unused sessions expire after 12 months
- Non-refundable once activated
- Plan details communicated at time of purchase
PC Migration
- Involves pre-checking old machine compatibility
- Secure file transfer using professional tools
- Client responsible for providing both old and new systems
IMPORTANT: COR Solutions Services Limited is not responsible for lost data if backup was not arranged prior to migration.
3. Payment & Pricing
- Pricing is communicated clearly before service begins
- Remote support typically charged per session
- Support plan payments are due in advance
- On-site visits charged per visit plus any travel costs
- Payment methods accepted: cash, bank transfer, card
4. Cancellation Policy
- Remote support: 2 hours' notice required for rescheduling
- On-site visits: 24 hours' notice required
- Potential fees may apply for missed or late cancellations
- Emergency support may have different cancellation terms

Client Responsibilities:
- Clients are responsible for maintaining current data backups
- We strongly recommend backup verification before any work begins
- Hardware failures during service are outside our control
- Existing system vulnerabilities may limit service effectiveness
6. Privacy & Security
- Client information is handled confidentially
- Remote access uses secure, industry-standard software
- No retained access to systems after sessions end
- Work notes kept securely and deleted when no longer needed
